Greetings,

I copied a button's actions from my desktop to qbo using november version.

I realy dont know where to go at this point becasue i did create this button but from my works, the datefuncation is not puttting the correct date format and retrivetablefuncation will not put a shipto addresss into action result even though i am using the exact formula for outher fields and i am getting reslults. 

Now i am guessing that the desktop and QBO is exactly the same in programming. Its just strange how certain fields will post into the email and some wont using the exact actions.

This was a custom created button that will send a email to the selected workorders to those clients. I would figure by copying all those actions in the desktop version to the QBO versaion i would not have any issues but this not the case. 

Where do we go from here?

Hey John,

Try inserting that value into a show message action to see how the value is being stored/retrieved. If nothing shows up then export the associated table, i.e. Customer, and check to see if the data is actually there or not.
