Happy New Year. I don’t think it always did, but when we enter a new Activity, it now defaults to Completed. If people forget to change it – every time - the activity never makes it to a pending actions list. We have edited no pages. Is there a setting for this?
Hi Darryl,
The Activity Status will only default to Completed when an Activity is added to a Case, unless a customized version of the CRM_NewActivity screen is being used. If this is happening on the stock New Activity screen, and not while adding an activity to a case, then please let us know and we'll look into this further for you.
