Hi, Maybe I'm missing the obvious.  I'm trying to create some personalized email templates to use when we email customers their estimates. It's simple enough to create a new template, but when I use it the recipient gets my email notification but no estimate is attached.  Any thoughts?

Hi Suzanne,

You will have to edit the "Save & Email" button of the screen to attach the estimate to the email.  First you'll need to add the 'Generate Report' action to the Save & Email button before the Send Email action.  This will create a pdf of the estimate (same as print preview) and save it as an Action Result.  You will then need to edit the Send Email action in the button to send the action result for the pdf as an attachment in the email.
