    Adding Fields

    I am currently trying to add a dropdown field to the Customer Table and I am trying to create the dropdown's sequentially so say the caption is Fabricator, then the next one is captioned Fabricator 2, and so on. The problem is when I reach the third step an error message pops up saying that an error has occurred and that an email has been sent to Method, and if the problem persists to email Method (email address). I have tried reloading the page and logging out and back in again. What might be the problem?

    Hi Matt,

    Please enable the MethodSupport user on your account then email me your Company Account name and contact information. To enable MethodSupport go to Customize > Users > scroll down to the bottom of the screen and ensure there's a checkmark in the Active box for the MethodSupport user.

    I was putting a space in the caption of the dropdown field, and when I removed it it started to work again.
