We're about to pull the trigger on becoming a new Method CRM customer (we were abandoned by Entellium after Intuit bought them, then closed them), but before we do we'd like to get some feedback from other customers. Public feedback is welcome; private can be sent to me at providers@theratogs.com.
We're a small medical device company, and see interesting potential in both web-based access to our QuickBooks database (via insynq) and the capabilities of Method CRM. We'd appreciate hearing from any current customers willing to serve as a volunteer customer reference account. (And if any of you have cautionary tales or gotchas to share, we'd *really* like to hear from you...)
If this seems like a strange use of the forum -- well, our contact at Method said that their privacy policy would not allow them to put us in contact with referred customers, and that this forum was my only resource. Needless to say, I hadn't heard that one before...
