Can we get our field size set to 1,000,000 instead of 100,000 for the Solution Body table? We can't upload any of our solutions because most of them are around 800,000 characters. We really want to take advantage of the online knowledge base.
Hi Michael,
The maximum size allowed for a text field in Method is 100,000 characters. If you have solutions that are larger than that, then I suggest you break them up into different solutions and include a link to the next one. Check out our Microsoft Outlook-Plug-in articles as an example. Hope this helps!
