We received this email -
I added a lead into the system and created an estimate for them. When creating, I unchecked "wait for sync approval" not realizing that it would convert the lead to a customer. Both the lead (customer) and estimate synced to quickbooks, but now when I search within my estimates the estimate that I created is not showing up. The only way that I can get to it is if I go to the transactions tab within the customer.

It sounds like the estimate may be hidden by a filter view. When you are looking at your estimates, which filter view are you seeing? It's possible that you are viewing a Shared/My Active Estimates filter view and the estimate is actually inactive. See my screenshot below. If you change the estimate to active, or change the filter view to one that shows inactive estimates, you should find the estimate you're looking for! Hope this helps :).
