    Is it possible to make Smartvault the default option for uploading documents, even to the point of removing the user options?

    Hi Andy,

    At this time, it is not possible to set SmarVault as the default option to load Documents to.  However, please refer to this forum thread where another User requested this same option a few months ago.  We have made a feature request to add this option to a future release.  Please keep an eye on the thread I gave the link for above, as it will be updated when this is available.
