    No internet connection available.

    When uplading documents into cases I consistently get a yellow message bar at the top of my screen "No internet connection available...". It happens after I upload the document to Method. I have tried logging in/out, repoening the web page, etc. with no luck. The only way to continue using Method is to turn off my computer's wifi, and turn it back on. That seems to solve the issue. I am using a Macbook Pro with Google Chrome.

    Can anyone assit with this?

    Hi Abrasowski,

    This sounds like odd behaviour and I don't believe we have come across this issue before now.  I would advise you to try attaching a document from another browser, either Safari or Firefox, and see if you get the same disconnect results.  If another browswer does fix your issues, you could try wiping your cache/cookies in Chrome and see if this works.  If you are still experiencing issues with other browsers I would advise that you give us a call in Support (1-888-925-6238x2 ) so that we can troubleshoot your issues a little further.
