Can the Record ID number in the customer table be use as a account number, so when customers call the office will be easy for us to pull uo their account??

Sorry for the late reply. You certainly can. Just understand that this is only available in Method and does not sync to QuickBooks. If you click on the Customers and Contacts grid, you can show this field already.

Just click update to show it.  You can also edit this grid to show it permanently and also customize the EditCustomer screen to add the recordID field to the screen.
