Is there a way to delete some of the default "Stage"s in Opportunities? 

We want to get rid of: Closed Won, id. Decision Makers, Needs Analysis, Perception Analysis, Prospecting and Value Proposition. I have been playing around in there are while and can't seem to find a place to delete those. Anything you suggest would be greatly appreciated!

When editing or creating a new opportunity, beside the stage dropdown, there is an ellipsis button.

Clicking this button will open a screen which allows you to add new or edit existing opportunity stages. To remove a stage, simply select it, click the “More actions…” button and click “Delete Opportunity Stage”.
