We know today has been a tough one, and we’re so sorry it has disrupted your ability to get your work done and run your business.
We’ve diagnosed that some services are having trouble running in the current environment.
What is the plan of attack?
We’re working with our hosting partner Rackspace to move these services to a new environment. We expect this will take no longer than 24 hours and then be back to normal.
What’s happening in the meantime?
We know we have to get you up and running as soon as possible so we’re pointing the affected services to a temporary environment. We started the migration this afternoon (Eastern), so for some of you, it may take until tomorrow to see these effects.
This temporary environment will run slower than usual but we moved here because we didn’t want to cause any further delays in running your business.
