Hi,
I'm setting up email server for my Method:CRM account but failed even not able to send test email. The issue I have are:
1. If I use free Gmail account: (smtp.gmail.com, SSL, port 465), I always get "The Operation Has Timed Out" error message. Is there any way to set timeout duration? Or, that is something I need to setup in Gmail account?
2. My Client uses Office365.com as their business email solution. According to Microsoft, their SMTP server configuration are:
smtp.office365.com, TLS, port: 587. However, in Method, "Default Email Preferences" settings, I can not find "TLS" options. Is there any way to setup TLS in Method? My client does not allow port 25.
