Hi there,

I got several problems,

1) I can see SalesRep table in table/field screen, but cannot see it in import/export screen.

2) I added a new dropdown field called "SalesRep" to Estimate table, somehow it turns grey. Now I cannot delete it. And in import/export screen, when I choose to export Estimate table, the new filed "SalesRep" does not show up in field list.

3) I noticed that there are 121 tables in import/export screen and there are 183 tables in table/field screen(60 method tables & 123 quickbook tables). Can anyone explain this?

BTW I did uncheck the "Show only common tables" checkbox everytime.

Just to verify: are you connected to a QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online account?

SalesRep is strictly QuickBooks Desktop. For QuickBooks Online Users it's connected to "AssignedTo' 

But I do see how SalesRep is a table available to see under Tables/Fields but not in the Import/Export.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I'm going to create a ticket for our development team to look into why that is.
