Does anyone know how I can export ALL  activities for all customers?  WHen I try to export  data, it will only allow me to export a limited number depending on how many fields i select.    I need this to give to outside rep groups who are goign to be managing them as well in a different program.

Once you export the first batch, look for the lowest RecordID. Now do another export with a Advanced Filter Options checked. This time you will do an export with the filter set to RecordID < the lowest RecordID from first export.

- Filter with script: RecordID < ‘lowest RecordID’

Now look at the new Export and see where the RecordID is, and you will continue this loop till you have the full Table.
