    My portal is not looking at all like the videos and information shared in the forums. How do I ensure I have the latest version or upgrade. I am new to Method CRM.

    Welcome to Method! I took a look at your account and it is currently set to only the classic version. I can have an account manager reach out to you to give you access to the New version of Method.
