Issue with Edit_Entity screen

    Issue with Edit_Entity screen

    The "Edit_Entity" screen is accessed from Contacts App, then selecting a contact and clicking the "Edit Customer" option from the View Contact screen.  I copied the Edit_Entity screen, made no changes, made sure it was visible to all users, and my test user is denied access.  This is the only screen with this issue - any other screens that I use the same process access is fine.  

    Initially I was making changes and thought that was causing the problem, but when I stripped it bare and just copied the screen there was the same issue.  Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi Gpeak,

    Welcome to the Method forum! First of all, let me apologize for the late response. Second, I have a few questions so that I can better understand the problem you're having.

    1. Is the user that is denied access the same user that created the copy of the screen?
    2. Is the user being denied access to view the screen or to customize it?
    3. If you click the menu button menu button (top right) of the screen and select Versions, is there a live version and a test version?
