On an iPad, when you click a field and the keyboard displays it also pushes the screen up so the field your editing is still visible.

When using a Windows tablet the keyboard displays and covers up the field you want to edit.

My apologies for the late response. Unfortunately, I don’t have any way of testing this out myself, as I don’t own a Windows touch screen device. I’m happy to create a ticket for our development team to investigate, but I’ll need to ask a couple of things from you first.

1. Can you confirm that the page is pushed up when the keyboard is displayed on the Windows tablet on websites other than Method?

2. Can you post or email me a screenshot demonstrating this behaviour? If you’re able to record your screen, a quick recording would be even better.

This issue was reported by the client, I have no way of testing.

I have an ipad and it works fine there.
