     Hi Judy,

    Under the Case Description/Add Activity tab section, the date and time stamp that shows up under Previous Comments: is meant to show the date and time the activity is entered. So it is working as per design. Since this area directly links to the Customer Portal, it is a great way to view communication as it was entered without users having the ability to modify the date and time communication was made. The "Activity Start Time" is the date and time the activity actually started.
