A few things:

• I have a button on a screen that puts sales data into a custom table. I then have a pivot grid report that reflects that data
• It's a very simple grid:
• Rows = ParentFullname
• Data1 = YTD Sales
• Data2 = Marketing allocation
• Data3 = Marketing Spent
• All 4 of the fields above are in my custom table and the values are sound

In the preview section in Report Designer, this is what I see:

The HTML section looks good, too

But when I put a report on a Method screen (embedded), the report goes haywire. Data become titles and everything is off. In the image below you can see the word "Customer", which is supposed to be the title for the rows, is now the 3rd row

The problem is when showing the report in HTM mode on the Method screen. The following issues arise:

• No column/Data headers
• Data values do not match what the customers should have. Everything is offset or jumbled
• The report is not sorted A-Z by customer

Is there a bug with this?

Again. the following works (ie. correct values, report sorted A-Z by customer):

• Preview in Report designer
• HTM view in Report designer
• PDF view in Method on the screen
• Manual export of table data that has just been refreshed and viewing that in an Excel pivot table.

Also, changing the report to a PDF shows only the first page of data/customers, even though the numbers themselves are correct

Changing the report to an XLS file results in the same garbled data and formatting as HTM files

I would really appreciate a response on this.

The data that I generate is sound. The previews in Method Report Designer are also sound.

But the report on the Method screen has incorrect, mixed up numbers and the report format is jumbled.

• The Name of the Report thats having issues for you
