    QB Dashboard

    Hello I have a quick question about the quickbooks dashboard,

    why do we have two records show up from yesterday on 4/17/2016 when "Show transactions entered since:" is set to today 4/18/2016?

    Hi There,

    I took a look into your account and could only see one of these two records. I went ahead and saved the other one (this grid is filtered by 'TimeModified' (ie. the last time you pressed save or changed something) and the filter re-adjusted properly. I tried to replicate this in my own account but was unsucessful. Are you noticing this on any other records/Times?

    I suspect this might have something to do with timezones, may I ask what Timezone you are currently located in? We typically calculate things on our end in UTC, meaning if you were in say Mountain Time, and saving things later in the day, UTC would be 6 hours ahead and therefore be the next day.
