Cannot Create Filtered Snapshot

    Cannot Create Filtered Snapshot

    I cannot add a filter to a new or existing snapshot and sucessfully save. In either case, when I click save the save button disables and nothing occurs on the page for several minutes.


    When clicking the text "Add Filtering", the following errors appear in the console:



    Clicking the text again brings up the filtering options, but like I mentioned above, makes it where you cannot save the changes.

    Hi Jack,

    This is a known issue at the moment affecting a small subset of Accounts. We have a fix in place which we are intending to release tomorrow (Thurs 26 May) which will rectify this problem.

    If you need the Snapshot filter fixed before tomorrow, email me directly at <b.hargreaves@method.me> with the name of the App, Snapshot and Account (along with what you would like the filter to do) and I can manually add this one for you!
