Hey all, we are switching to Method for RMA's and cases for our repair facility. We have been using Quickbooks Jobs for years and are used to the funcitonality of printing out a Quickbooks job with notes for the repair technician.
I need to have the capability to print case notes from the Edit Case Screen.
Example - I click Edit Case and add to the notes "Unit received for **Out of warranty repair**" etc.
I would then print this out (along with ALL notes) on a color coded sheet so our technician knows what to do with it.
