Try uninstalling the Method Outlook Add-In and download the latest version from our website using the link below.
To remove the Add-In go to:
XP - Control Panel > Add/Uninstall Programs
Vista/Windows 7 – Control Panel > Programs and Features
Locate the program Method Integration Outlook Add-in, and remove it.
Once that is finished follow the link below to the installation instructions.
