    We received the below question by email from Patrick:

    I need to delete a section in cases I accidentally created as a customized section, how do I do that?

    Also when editing a case dialogue how can I copy the notes section or email that out to a customer if he/she asks for a copy of work that was done?

    Hi Patrick,

    In order to delete the section you've created you'll first need to edit the screen, find the section, delete the fields/objects within the section (click the X icon on the top right corner of the object), then delete the section itself (again click the X icon on the top right corner), Finally Publish and Save your screen. See the screenshot below. *Note: In order to edit a screen go to Customize > Screens > hover over the name of your screen and click the Edit button to the left of it.

    Find the case, then edit it and confim the correct Contact is selected, e.g. the person you want to send it to. Then ensure the Email Case notification to contact when saving? checkbox is enabled. Finally, scroll down and click Save; the contact selected will receive the email shortly thereafter. *Note: If you're sending this out to a completely different contact then whom the case was created for, remember to change back to the correct contact after you've saved, this is for your own historical purposes. Then disable the Email Case notification to contact when saving? and click Save.
