Does anyone know how to conditionally allow or disallow grid updating?  i.e. use an action to overide the grid setup.

I have a customer who wants the ability to edit a sales order detail grid (this is standard) but after the order has shipped they want to prevent the sales order details from being changed.

Something that may work is moving the current sales order line grid to its own section and then adding a new section with a second sales order line grid(Non editable) and hide each section as needed ( If you remove the border and heading from a section it also removes the hide/show button on the top right hand corner)
