Hi Fred,
The grid on the Customer and Contacts List screen is based on the Contacts table and displays each contact for all of your customers. If you have more than one contact for a particular customer, that customer will be displayed twice in the list; once for each contact.
Additionally, a job of a customer is technically an additional customer record. This additional customer record contains it’s own contact. This is why you are seeing the customer listed multiple times; once for each job. This is the way that this screen is intended to work.
Method is a customizable platform and you can alter this grid to filter out jobs and only display the main customer. If you’re interested in performing some customization on your own, you can start by watching our webinars on the topic.
