    Method CRM

Is it possible to change a customer back to a lead if added as a customer in error?  (there aren't transactions or anything tied to it)

    Answer

Once a customer has been sent to QuickBooks it is no longer possible to set them back to a ‘lead status’ in Method because the customer has already been assigned the Customer ID in QuickBooks.

The only work around would be to delete the customer from QuickBooks (which would also delete them from Method) and add a new lead status customer in Method.
