We have customers with several jobs. I have been searching long & hard for where it is written that the Transaction grid pulls the information for the job only, not the Customer, and am simply giving up at this point.
i.e. We have a store with three locations. Each location is a separate job under the customer which is named Corporate. When we click on the Corporate location's transaction Grid, it shows no invoices, payments, etc; because each transaction is entered under each applicable location (job) not under the customer itself.
I have figured out how to fix this on our customer portal's transaction grid, but our sales people need to be able to view this all in one location as well.
