Next Activity / Last Activity feature

    Next Activity / Last Activity feature

    We noticed this on your blog however we don't see it when we log on.  Do customized screens get updates like this?  What grids/screens would we see this on?

    The screens that you would see this on our listed in the blog HERE.

    Customized Screens will not be updated to display the Next / Last Activity date but the data exists in the background in the LastActivityCompletedDate and NextActivityDueDate fields.

     Yes, I've seen that blog.  That is what prompted my question.  We have changed the Leads & Customers List and the Opportunities List a little, so I would understand why the 2 columns would not be there.  We have not touched the Cases List.  Why don't I see the new columns there?  Where do you enter the follow-up dates for the Opportunities?

    It could be that you are using the old cases list, the new one is called CRM_CaseList.

    Are you referring to the Next Activity date for an Opportunity? This is determined by the next Activity that is not complete and is assigned to that opportunity.

    I don't know what list we are using.  We have never used any of the Cases screens and have never customized them.  Shouldn't we have the most recent list automatically?

    These screens come with the New CRM and by default are in the CRM tab group(The tab group that is currently displayed is changed by using the drop down on the top right of the screen).
