Customized screen not displaying

    Customized screen not displaying

    I created new fields for my Edit Customer. 

    I made a copy of the Edit Customer and added my new fields.

    I published and saved.

    I double-checked to make sure my Tab was showing the new screen.

    However when I opened up my customer list and clicked on "go to" for a customer, all I got was the original Edit Customer screen.

    What do I need to do to see my new Edit Customer screen?

    Fred-

    Try the steps below

    1. Go To Customize > Tabs 
    2. Click Edit tab links for the Customers tab
    3. Look for Edit Customer and change the Opens Screen drop down to be the screen you created.
