We do residential remodeling. Clients use us for additional projects in the future, but the frequency is often years between. In other words, they would not be login into the portal but just the once, or twice if we did the job. Then, by the time they were ready for more work, they pretty much would be starting over again.
Admittedly I am new to Method, but need to ask a stupid question...what is so great about the portal? Your solution sounds like a lot of steps just to get the client into the portal. So why?
