Hello! I'm new and was trying to view the Webinar on the Field Services and it just shows up blank on my screen but I can hear the sound just fine.

I downloaded the MAC Codec which was called Flip4mac or something but it just opens the file and it's a black screen with sound.

I saw someone else that had the same issue but they were able to get questions answered here in the forum...however...I just need a general overview of the functionality of the Field Services.

Hi Jason Watkins, 

Some of our old webinars were recorded using the GoToMeeting Codec which does not work with Macs. All new webinars for the last year and a half are all using a format that works across the board. Which webinar are you trying to view?
