    Customisation

    Hi

    I have customised the Field Service Estimates screen.

    We sell products by the M2 and I have created a section to calculates the total M2 required for a job.

    I have also created a section which will calculate the cost of different product items using the total M2 calculated in the above section.

    These two sections work great but I have a problem.

    If I click "save", "save & new" or "clear/new" the data entered into these sections does not refresh. Even if I sign out and sign back in the data previously entered into these sections is still displayed.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hey Garry,

    Since you have done most of the customization I would suggest booking some consulting time with your Business Consultant. You are missing an action somewhere.

    Did you create the “Save & New” button yourself?

    If so try creating the table again using the feature that creates the screen for you.
