    Adding a button that generates a report

    I would like to add a button to the Work Order List, Print/Email tab that will generate a report I've designed in the Report Designer.  I would like it to run similar to the Print Work Orders button.  Is there a way to copy that button, or all the actions associated with it, and just change the report name reference?

    Very simple here - make a copy of the FieldService_WorkOrderList screen and open it for editing.  Scroll down the to Print/Email section and you can see the button for Print Work Order.  The best way to copy this button is to click on the Add Objects tab and drag a new button onto your screen.  Click Edit on your new button and give it a name inside the caption box then click Next.  On step 2 you want to select Copy Action and from the Action drop down select the action Print / Email>>Print Work Orders_Click then click Copy Action.  Once you've copied the action set over scroll down the the bottom (action order #54) and you'll see the Generate Report action.  Edit this action to change the report being called.

    That worked great.  Thank you.  However, I want to omit the actions where it looks to the Default Work Order Template.  Can you tell me which actions to delete?

    There's an easier way to change this for future reference, on the dashboard for Field Service Center, under settings, click Customize Templates - here you can adjust which report is called on the Default Work Order Template (Print).

    I think my answer above covers this question - you shouldn't have to delete any actions on this button.  Chaging the Default Work Order Template is possible on the Field Services dashboard.

    We have 3 types of Work Orders - one that we use most often (currently set as the Default template and 2 others that we use occasionally.  I would like to keep the default as is but add 2 more buttons that print the 2 other Work Order reports.  That's why I want to omit the default actions.  Please let me know if I can do this.

    @JKM

    You can add butons to print the other 2 reports. You can copy the actions from the default Print button and then modify the actions to print the desired report. If the actions are exactly the same then you can use the Call Another Action Set function where it is needed.
