creating a work order from a case, no end date

    creating a work order from a case, no end date

    Greetings,

    qbo>case>new activity> work order

    When i create a work order, mark it as to be invoiced, click save then do the work, complete the work order. I then go to work order list screen, filter the "to be invoiced" and the work order does not apear. When i create work orders this way, the due date end never gets filled in. Can you if you can create this error?

    Hey John,

    I was unable to replicate it, see below, also didn't edit any of the stock fields that are automatically populated, i.e. Due Date End. Are you using the stock SchedInv_WorkOrder and SchedInv_WorkOrderList screens?

    Click here to view the image if you're having a hard time seeing it. And can you detail exactly how you're creating your Work Orders from a case? Is this functionalty you added yourself?
