    Go To Link Missing? Action Sequence 21

    From Edit Customer Tab -  We used to be able to go to the TRANSACTIONS tab and click the GO TO link and it would bring up the sales order.

    Now it give us an Action Sequence Order 21 message.    We did copy the original sales order screen - however, have not changed anything (knowingly) to the original sales order.   I am not even sure how we would be able to.   We did copy it to try to makes some modications, and when we got the GO TO TAB LINK error I deleted the copy thinking I did something wrong.

    Help?  Please be specific as we are still new.

    Hi Dawn, 

    This message is telling you that there is a problem with action #21 on the Go To... link which in this case is the Go To Tab Link action. To get to this action follow these steps:

    1. Edit your CRM_EditCustomers screen 
    2. Edit the Transactions grid in the Transactions section of the page 
    3. Go to Step 2 of 3 
    4. Find the Go To... field and click Actions for that field 
    5. Scroll down to Action 21 and click Edit...

    What do you see? Can you take a screenshot? Does it look like the screenshot I included below? If the first field labelled Tab Link is blank, make sure you select the Sales Order tab link as I have in my screeshot. Hope this solves the issue!
