    Client Portal Screen isn't saving entries into grid

    Helllo,

    I created a new screen in which clients will enter personal information about themselves.  I created a link within the client portal to direct them to this screen.  Everything seems to be working fine accept that when they complete filling out the screen, it appears that nothing is saved in the grid.  It was working fine until I changed the settings to load the active portal user name for the screen, and messed around with the filter settings so they could only view their entries.  Now I'm not seeing anything.

    Hi Ben,

    Can you clarify what exactly was done to the screen? Include as much details as possible so that we can understand why you're not seeing the data. It's likely something small that you overlooked.

    Additionally, helping with custom screen issues over the Forums is difficult as we don't know what else is happening on the screen. So something like this would need to be looked into by one of our in-house Consultants, and it would be chargeable.
