Internet Explorer formatting issue

    Internet Explorer formatting issue

    So after all the bugs with portals in frames we have had to go back to using the portal using method site and are using domain masking, so it looks like our site still. But now in internet explorer all the formatting is off. It works in the frame but not normally?!?!? Weird.

    Here are the iinks to how it looks.

    Its the exact same screen, just being called from a different portal. Also ALL screens hosted on method site are messed up in IE as well. Obvioulsy I can't go live with this looking like this. I am already 2 weeks behind on this project so any clue would be great.

    As an FYI the main reason we had to switch back to not using frames (along with the buttons not working and tabs not hiding and showing) were because you cannot scroll your screens on iphones, ipads and some androids making our portal useless on those devices. I did create mobile versions as well and they didnt work either.

    Any clues?

    Hi Ben,

    Can you email me the Company Account name and activate the MethodSupport user so I can sign in and take a look at the portal? Also, please let me know what the name of the portal is. I'll do a test on mobile to see if I can get you an answer about the issues you are having with scrolling.

    Ben, 

    Do you have either methodintegration.com or methodcdn.com blocked on Internet Explorer? This could cause styling issues.

    Nothing is blocked in IE. We ended up just coding in for IE to use the frame version of the portal as formatting was fine on that. Then everyone else goes to method site with domain forwarding. We went live on the weekend. Things were looking good, with people already using the portal. Now I am getting lots of errors when people use web to lead. I'll create a new post on it. But not good as we are loosing people already who are unable to log in. I havent changed anything on the web to lead either.
