    Billable time to Quickbooks Desktop

In Professiona Services, I have created activities, then I have recorded time against them, and have submitted and approved them.  They are set to billable.  At what point do they go to QB Desktop?  Where in QB do they go? I need to bill them.  I must be missing a step.

    Hi Micheal,

Sorry for the late reply. I've actually been able to reproduce this issue. I'll put a ticket in with the development team to have a look at it.

As a temporary measure, you can go to the QuickBooks tab group > Employees > Time Tracking and uncheck the "Wait for sync approval" checkbox for the time entry and save again. It should then sync to QuickBooks.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    Hi Michael,

I took another look at this and realized this is actually the way it is designed. The time tracking entries are held back until that portion of the contract is invoiced.

For a more in depth explanation, please see this post:

    Hope this helps,
