Link customization not syncing with all users

    Link customization not syncing with all users

    I've customized the "Add/Edit Work Orders" screen link and from my account the customized version of the screen will appear but for other users in our organization it displays the old, non-customized, screen. I was just wondering if it was a syncing issue and i will just have to wait for the other users to be able to use the customized screen or if I have done something incorrectly while i was customizing. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hello,
       It's not a sync issue.  Once you copy the screen, if the links have been copied correctly, it should be available for everyone.  Your employees may have to refresh the page to get the new screen to appear.  
       If you have copied it from the screen itself (right-clicked on the screen and chose Customize) the links are copied automatically.  If you copied the screen from the Screens page (Customize -> Screens), make sure you choose 'Replace links to an existing screen:' on step 3 in the copy wizard.
