Sales Orders with zero amount - sync conflict

    Sales Orders with zero amount - sync conflict

    When trying to save a Sales Order that have a total of "0.00", Method believes it is negative and it won't sync with QB. Conflict shows "QuickBooks returned an error when adding/modifying a accSalesOrder record. The error was: There was an error when modifying a SalesOrder. QuickBooks error message: Transaction amount must be positive.." If QB accepts 0.00 value Sales Orders, why Method only syncs positive amounts? Any help most appreciated. Thank you,

    Hello Antonio,

       I have had a problem recently reported where a transaction that has a 0 balance and will not sync.  We were still looking into the cause.  Give Method support a call or email support@method.me.  We can create a case and take a better look.
