EMAILING BATCH INVOICING THROUGH METHOD (HOW EFFECT QBOOKS ONLINE?)

I currently use QBooks Online to email my invoices. After creating the invoices and saving them, I filter the transactions by date and email them in batches. I realize that once I change the QBooks contact list through uploading to method, my ability to email invoices through QBooks will be impared - as I will only have one single email address for every company. Before reconstructing my contact list for Method, I would have several email addresses in the single email field in quickbooks linked to one contact. I did this so I can email the invoices to multiple contacts. Now with Method, I will have a single email for a single contact. Once Method sync's with QBooks, The field with multiple email addresses will be replaced with a single email address - and my ability to email multiple people through QBooks will be impared.  So now I need to email my batch invoice through Method - so I can email multiple contacts at a single company.

My questions is, How will emailing the batch emails through Method effect Quickbooks Online?

    Hello Erik,

Method has the ability to send emails to multiple people in the same company.  When a contact for a company unchecks "Opt Out Of Billing?" in the Edit Contact screen, they will get invoices sent to the company from Method.  This way multiple people from the same company can receive the same invoice.  In QuickBooks, the invoice is sent to the company's email address and not the contact(s) email. I'm not an expert in QuickBooks, but I did some tests. If you need to send the invoice to multiple people in QuickBooks, you would have to have multiple email addresses in the main contact for Method.  You can do this with using a semi-colon, ';',  to separate the emails. Such as mary@anywhere.com;todd@anywhere.com.  In Method, you send the invoices out once it is made.

We also have the List Builder under the Campaigns tab to send out invoice reminders to a batch of customers.  Check it out.  You can select to add invoices from a selected date and balance to add to your list.  In Step 4, you can choose your email reminder that goes to customers reminding them they have an invoice due.

    Hello Erik,

I had another suggestion.  You can create email groups for each of your companies.  This would work by emailing the groups email, say admin@Acmeco.com and it sends out emails to multiple email accounts.
