    Customizing Estimate for customer to view

    I did a customization session and the rep didn't quite understand what I was trying to do.  Under the estimate we added a terms and conditions.  When I click on print preview I can see the estimate along with the terms and conditions beneath it.  However the customer can't see the terms and conditions.  I don't need them for me I already know what they say.  It needs to be with every estimate.  How can I do this?

    Hello Pookiefeb,

    Here's my answer. You have to make sure that the template you have customized for Estimate is set as a default template. In order to check that click on More actions.. -> Customize Print Template -> Estimate -> Select your template that you have customized and save it. You can repeat the same steps for Choose Email Template. Once you select the right template your customer will be able to see the terms and conditions.
