Any notification or action be triggered after sync from QB

    Hi,

[working with QB 14.0 Desktop Enterprise Solution]

    Here is my scenario:

    1. In QB, users can mark a Purchase Order as closed via "Mark as Closed" button.

    2. In Method:CRM, we would like to depend on this "closed" flag to adjust our internal data (like inventory status implemented in Method. So, users can see some stock items are in inventory.) But this should be done implicitly.

    My question is:

Is there any event or action be triggered if content of a standard table is altered, so we can do something after synchronization?

If there is no such thing, seems that I will need to traverse all Purchase Order again and again whenevern users want to check inventory state, right?

    thanks.

    Answer

    Hi Alex,

There is no way you would be able to trigger a set of actions automatically the way you're describing. You could, however, create a button that does this. Your users would have to push it to manually update the inventory, but as long as you instruct them to do so it shouldn't be much of a problem.

    Hope this helps.
