    Invoice Message

    I want to be able to insert differents messages to the invoice templates.

    Similar to the customer message, but I want the messages to have 3 or 4 lines and have differents fonts , colors ect, like a rich text.

    I am thinking of creating a dropdown field in the invoice screen to have different template choices, and create a different template for each one of the messages that i want to use.

    The only problem I see with this route, is if some day a want to change something in the invoice template (example logo) I will have to edit all 20 or 25 different remplates.

    Is there a way to do this in a different way, having only one template but inserting diffrents messages to it?

    Hi Marcelo,

    The dropdown field idea is good. Regardless of how you approach the situation, if you are NOT using the default company logo on your Method account, you would have to go to every template and change the logo manually.
