Web to Lead Forms - Conditional Formating

    Hello,

I am trying to configure on the Web to lead forms a what if scenario. So if one field is marked as yes, then it will display anther field, if marked no, then it will skip the field and it will remain hidden. The field for marking yes or no is a drop down field. To make things even more complex some fields will need to copy other fields in the background if marked yes or no and will remain hidden to customer but will be sent to Method leads. How can this be done and what pointers do you have?

Thanks and I am looking forward to seeing responses!

    Thanks,

    mrojas

    Hi mrojas,

This currently isn't possible. If you wanted to do something like this, you'd have to create multiple Web-To-Lead forms. You could have a dropdown on your website that toggles between them, handling the logic on that side.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi Justin,

Thank you for responding, in response to your answer. Is it possible to submit mutliple web-to-lead forms? Meaning if we do have that feature, and have the toggles, can we have one submission button at the end that will submit all the forms? If so, how will the toggle forms know where to submit the data and to what lead/custoemr?

    Thanks,

    Matthew

    Matthew,

Essentially, you'd need a web form for each scenario. You'd have to code your toggles into your web page and display one single web form appropriate to their states. So, if the user selects Option 3 for Dropdown A and Option 2 for Dropdown B, show them the web form you have for that specific situation. There would only be one form on screen so there is only one form to submit.
