    Generating Report with customized Filter

    Hi Method,

I'm using the Report designer and looking for a function that could filter the report automatically. Here is the example, I had a table inside Customer called Job Info which consist of their job opening. I would like to take the report that show all of my customer with their Job Opening but don't need those customer without Job Opening. So I would like to insert "Is not Empty" filter to the report. Anyone know how to do it?

    Thank you.

    Answer

    Hi Jonathan,

This can be done with the Generate Report action on your screen. Simply enter the filter details into the Filter Report section of the action. Yours will likely look something like this:

    I hope this helps.

    Hi Audisho,

In my report generator, I couldn't see any option in Tables of Report. It always empty. Should I create the button in specific screen?

    Please advise

    Hi Jonathan,

The Tables of Report dropdown is populated after you select an option from the Report dropdown. The list of tables will be based off of the tables that you used to build the report. Are you not seeing any options after selecting a report?
