    "Optimize Fields (faster)" in Generate report action

    Hi,

    Just curious what this option "Optimize Fields (faster)" is for while generating a report by action? I did not see difference while enable/disable it. When should I enable this option?

    Hi Alex,

    I’m unsure of the exact logic involved, but the Optimize Fields option returns only necessary data from the tables needed by the action and the report vs. all the data from the tables. I recommend leaving this checked unless you are running into issues with generating your report. If your report is not generating correctly, disabling this option may resolve the issue.
