    changing Tabs in Chrome

if creating a new lead, and you change tabs in chrome, when you go back to method tab you get " oops something went wrong" most of the time the site crashes, goes black,  and you have to log in again.

even noticed on once lead is created if I change chrome tabs i get the error

    Re: changing Tabs in Chrome

    Hi tmeyer,

I have not run into this issue myself and I can’t seem to replicate it either. I suggest you try clearing your cookies and cached files in Chrome to see if this resolves the issue. You can read how to do so here.

If this doesn’t work, maybe you can provide me with some additional information.

    1) What operating system are you running?

    2) What version of Chrome are you running & is it up-to-date (see: Settings > About)?

    3) Are you running any plugins in Chrome?

    4) On average, how many additional tabs do you have open?

    5) Are you able to replicate this in an Incognito window?

    6) Are you able to replicate this using another browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, etc.)?

    Thank you,

    Hi tmeyer,

It looks like your Google Chrome is a bit out of date. Head over to Settings > About Google Chrome and it should prompt you to update.
